PAST NEWS: Hayes Hyman is the N.C. Broker of the Year, 2004, North Carolina Association of Mortgage Professionals!
Hayes Hyman was named "Broker of the Year, 2004" for the entire state of North Carolina at the annual meeting held by the NC Association of Mortgage Professionals in Pinehurst, NC on March 7, 2005. "This is the highest honor awarded in our state by any professional mortgage organization" according to Jennifer Salemson, President of the NC Association of Mortgage Professionals.

"Hayes' outstanding work in our Association over the last 18 years has benefited all mortgage originators in our state, and it finally culminated last year by being elected as Chairman of the Ethics Committee, one of the most important functions in our organization. This award also recognizes Hayes' success as a Mortgage Originator, while performing his job at a higher standard of professional practice than you will typically find. It is exemplified by Hayes' caring approach to serve his customers utilizing his experience and knowledge in the mortgage business. We are very proud to present the Broker of the Year award to such a well-deserving recipient."

I have been working as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area since 1985. My experience in this industry is matched by few others. My philosophy for how to conduct my business is matched by even fewer.
